The Builders — Men’s Network

United in purpose. Empowered to lead.

The men’s activation layer, with the structure of the women’s network reproduced exactly — one or two founding chapter presidents per state, each with a squad underneath them, going into the same rooms with the same curriculum.

Read aloud in a warm voice

The hierarchy

Not corporate — closer to a unit structure. Clear roles, clear accountability, and nobody working for free.

  • State President — leads their state’s network, represents the project in its schools, churches, and civic institutions
  • Vice President — supports the president, manages chapter-head communications, and covers for them when they are unavailable
  • Chapter Heads — lead the local community, city by city
  • Treasurers and Secretaries — keep the chapter honest and organised
  • Members — attend, participate, read, learn, and graduate into leading

The weekly rhythm

Identical to the women’s network, and deliberately so — the two run in step, state by state.

  • Monday — national Builders call
  • Tuesday — local book club
  • Wednesday — school, church, and civic outreach
  • Thursday — tech club session
  • Friday — chapter heads debrief
  • Monthly — the state-wide gathering

What this network carries

The same curriculum, plus the protection toolkit the men’s path is trained on.

  • The consciousness curriculum, into schools, churches, town halls and jails
  • The free enterprise framework, unchanged from the women’s network
  • Vantage, demonstrated for community members who have lost an account
  • Child-safety awareness in schools and churches
  • Evidence capture, for anyone dealing with harassment or predatory behaviour
