The hierarchy
Not corporate — closer to a unit structure. Clear roles, clear accountability, and nobody working for free.
- State President — leads their state’s network, represents the project in its schools, churches, and civic institutions
- Vice President — supports the president, manages chapter-head communications, and covers for them when they are unavailable
- Chapter Heads — lead the local community, city by city
- Treasurers and Secretaries — keep the chapter honest and organised
- Members — attend, participate, read, learn, and graduate into leading
The weekly rhythm
The Rotary Club has met every week for a century for a reason. Predictable rhythm creates belonging, and belonging is what carries a mission past its first year.
- Monday — national Builders call
- Tuesday — local book club
- Wednesday — school, church, and civic outreach
- Thursday — tech club session
- Friday — chapter heads debrief
- Monthly — the state-wide gathering
