Screenshot & Evidence App

Captures, timestamps, and cryptographically certifies digital content — posts, threats, harassment, deep fakes, hacked account evidence — in a legally admissible, platform-independent format. The evidence is yours. It cannot be altered. An early version already exists and is the first thing to finish.

New Account Sovereignty Setup

Guided setup for new members: backup email chain (3 layers), 2FA with offline backup codes, automatic content archiving, identity documentation, and a plain-language platform rights briefing. Prevention before the loss happens.

Account Recovery & Verification System

The core product. Secure, human-verifiable account recovery using government ID, biometric photo matching, email chain verification, and platform recovery APIs. If you can prove you are in the pictures — your account is recoverable. Period.

Sock Puppet & Bot Detection Tool

Flags patterns consistent with fake account networks — sudden clusters of new accounts, no real photo history, no human connections, coordinated posting. Gives users a report for platform submission or law enforcement. Privacy-respecting: flags patterns, not individuals.

The Right to Recover

Any platform with 10M+ U.S. users must provide a human-reviewed account recovery pathway accessible via government ID. No American permanently loses access to their own account because they changed their phone number.

Content Preservation Rights

Users own their content. Before any account is permanently deleted, the platform must provide a complete export of all content, photos, and connection data. Your life's work cannot be deleted without a copy going to you first.

Deep Fake Accountability

AI-generated content depicting a real, identifiable person without consent is a federal offense. Platforms must remove verified deep fakes within 24 hours of a credible report. Failure triggers per-day fines.

Verified Identity Disclosure

Platforms may not represent bot or AI-generated accounts as human users. Any account that cannot be verified as human upon request must be labeled. Political content from unverified accounts carries a disclosure.

Children's Content Absolute Protection

No content depicting an identifiable minor may be used for advertising, AI training, or data monetization without explicit parental consent. Parental removal requests honored within 48 hours. Non-negotiable.

Transparency in Moderation

Any content removal or account restriction must include a specific policy citation, a clear explanation, and a genuine appeals process with human review available upon request. No shadow banning without disclosure.

Development Roadmap

Five phases — building front to back

Phase 1 — Screenshot & Evidence App (Months 1–3)

Complete the app you already started for dads. Expand to the full digital sovereignty use case. Release to ADP members first, then publicly. This is the highest-impact immediate tool.

Phase 2 — Account Armor (Months 3–6)

New Account Sovereignty Setup guide deployed through Women's Tech Club onboarding. Chapter presidents trained to walk every new member through it. Purely protective — no platform cooperation needed.

Phase 3 — Recovery System Beta (Months 6–12)

Account Recovery & Verification System launched in beta. Initial focus on Facebook and Instagram. Human verification team trained. Policy advocacy campaign begins simultaneously with the product launch.

Phase 4 — Detection Tool (Year 2)

Sock puppet and bot detection tool launched. Data from detections used to document the scale of the problem for congressional testimony, media coverage, and policy advocacy materials.

Phase 5 — Full Platform (Year 2–3)

All four components unified. API partnerships negotiated with platforms. Federal legislation reaches committee stage. ADP members trained as Digital Sovereignty Guides in their communities.

The Mission Statement

The Internet was built as the wild west — and it has stayed that way. Platforms have been allowed to hold your life hostage behind a password you forgot, a phone number you no longer have, or a policy decision made by someone who will never know your name.

Your children's photographs. Your community. Your voice. Your account. All of it gatekept by systems that were never designed to serve you.

This ends.

Digital identity is a human rights issue. Platform sovereignty is a freedom issue. And the American Dream Project will fight for both — on every available front.
